Pleasure Feather sure does tickle my fancy!

Along with other things.

Before I get into the details of how this can be used, I'll describe it a little. It's got a bunch of bright red and iridescent green feathers attached with a rubber cap at the end of them, where a strap comes out so you can hang it from your wrist for easy access when you're using it. The feathers are hella soft - quite possibly some of the softest I've ever felt and I found that I have a hard time not touching them if I leave this within reach of myself.

It's pretty fluffy, too; the feathers average out at about 5 inches long on mine. The nice thing about this tickler is, it looks like a cat-toy, so you can go ahead and leave it out and people wouldn't even notice. The packaging it comes in was just a plastic bag, so there's no trouble keeping that out in the open either.

On to the uses!

I got this from Babeland with a couple purposes in mind; one was the original sensory play use and another was for applying honey dust.

The sensory part of it is very light and soft and gentle; you can trace this down your partner's spine, the back of their neck or anywhere else they might be sensitive for some really nice and ( in my opinion ) rather intimate teasing or foreplay. It can also be used as something of a cool-down after flogging; I found that using this after a good whipping helped me slowly come down from it rather than being pulled directly out. It's a pretty good transition between all and nothing, in cases like that.

For applying honey-dust, I found that this wasn't the ideal toy. The feathers fluff out quite a lot as you can tell, so I had to bunch them together before dipping them into the pot to gather it. However, once I did that, it was dust-and-go; it's very pleasant to 'paint' the dust onto skin with this and it's pretty good at evenly coating after a couple strokes. The dust likes to cling to the feathers, though, and you need a particular technique to clean it. You can't just wipe it off because it still sticks - you have to pretty much whack it on something a few times to get the remainder of the dust to come off it in a fine cloud. After that, though, it's good as new.

For cleaning, I don't really think you have to ( except what I just mentioned ) just as long as you don't get bodily fluids on it. I wouldn't suggest getting this wet anyway because it would make the feathers look blucky and unpleasant and it would probably make it last a shorter period of time than if you kept it dry.

To keep it in original condition I like to hang it from things; the feathers are fairly easy to break if you try to bend them too much so I prefer to keep this out on its own where it won't get crunched by other things.

All in all, I give this a 4 out of 5 stars. Thanks, Babeland
